Overview
We strive to create an organizational culture that allows us integrate different perspectives, skills, and backgrounds into the development of new technologies that improve streetscape experiences for all in the communities where we work. To build and sustain this culture, we provide training and support for students to develop the skills necessary to lead this work and recognize those who exemplify our values.

Build an organizational culture in which individuals representing various experiences, backgrounds, and perspectives have the opportunity to contribute their full potential to accomplish CS3’s mission.
Collaborate
Focus CS3 programs on the guiding principles of developing technology to serve the public good by collaborating with testbed community members for direct use-inspiration.
