NaTyna Arnold-Lockhart

Mrs. NaTyna Arnold-Lockhart is a lifetime Harlem resident who began her career in the school setting as a school aide and soon realized she had found her passion for assisting children and sought to do so in a more impactful role. She returned to school and after earning her dual masters degree in business management and human resources from Touro University, she explored her passion at Harlem Children’s Zone in a variety of roles. After 11 years, she transitioned to the New York City Department of Education as a payroll and pupil accounting secretary. During her 26-year tenure in this role, she has been able to build relationships with the families and the children she serves well beyond the job title or description. Most recently, she “returned home” to work in Harlem and has continued the journey to enhance the lives of those families she serves. As the Payroll, Pupil Accounting, and Procurement Manager at the Eagle Academy for Young Men of Harlem her role and responsibilities are limitless but simply rewarding; She is responsible for all matters involving staff timekeeping, financial matters for the school’s vendors and partners, daily matters of the school’s Principal, and student enrollment. She has become known affectionately as a “Auntie” by the young men who have learned quickly of her passion for supporting and ensuring they have what they need to be as successful as they can be through her advocacy and availability. As she strives to live each day in her passion and purpose, Mrs. Arnold-Lockhart stepping out on faith and has also answered her calling to bring people together for fellowship and self-improvement through her small business, 4 His Glory. 

Mrs. Arnold-Lockhart continues to contribute her time and resources to the betterment of her beloved Harlem community. She is the mother of five children, all products of the New York City Public School system, proud grandmother of two, and bonus mom and grandmother of six and three children respectively.
