CS3 Recognition Support Form

Because CS3 is driven by interdisciplinary research that reaches beyond traditional disciplinary silos, CS3 wants to help recognize researchers for their vital contributions. This is primarily intended for early-career faculty and researchers to request a letter of support for awards, recognitions, and fellowships. *If a letter of support for a promotion is sought, then the Director’s name may be suggested as a referee to the cognizant promotion committee officer. In such a case, do not use this form. The information in this form will be transmitted to the Director and Managing Director of CS3.
